Right now, do these four things

While you wait for us, a few quick steps protect your family and your property.

1

Stay safe

Keep clear of standing water near outlets or appliances. If water is near electrical panels, don't touch anything — wait for help.

2

Stop the source

If it's a burst pipe or appliance leak and you can do it safely, shut off the water at the main valve. Every minute counts.

3

Move what you can

Lift furniture, documents, and valuables out of the wet area if it's safe. Don't throw damaged items away yet — photograph them first.

4

How it works

One call starts a clear, documented process. You always know what happens next — and when we're done, you get the full record.

Step 1

You reach out — any hour

Send a request below, day or night. Tell us what happened and where; we take it from there.

Step 2

Inspection & moisture check

We assess the damage, find the source, and map exactly where the water went — including what you can't see.

Step 3

Extraction

Standing water comes out first. The faster it's gone, the less damage soaks into floors, walls, and belongings.

Step 4

Drying & daily monitoring

Drying equipment is placed and checked daily. Moisture readings are logged until everything measures dry.

Step 5

Cleaning & pack-out care

Affected surfaces are cleaned and treated; your belongings are packed, protected, and accounted for.

Step 6

Dry, clean & documented

We confirm dry readings, walk the property with you, and hand over photos, readings, and drying logs for your records.

Questions, answered straight

How fast can you get here?

We're a 24/7 emergency service based in Los Angeles — nights, weekends, and holidays included. Send a request and we'll confirm timing right away. The most important thing is starting extraction and drying early: damage spreads by the hour.

What exactly does mitigation cover?

Stopping the damage and stabilizing the property: water extraction, structural drying and dehumidification, moisture monitoring, cleaning of affected surfaces, smoke and odor treatment, and contents pack-out. Rebuilding and reconstruction are construction work, done separately by licensed contractors — our documentation makes that next step easier.

Will you document everything for my records?

Yes. From the first visit we take photos and moisture readings, keep daily drying logs, and inventory anything we pack out. You receive the complete file when the job is done — useful for your own records and for anyone you share it with.

What should I do about a wet smell or possible mold?

A musty smell after water damage usually means moisture is still hiding somewhere. We locate it with moisture meters, dry it out, and treat cleaned surfaces with antimicrobial products to help prevent mold growth. If we find something beyond mitigation scope, we'll tell you honestly what it needs.

Do you serve businesses too?

Yes — offices, retail, restaurants, and rental properties across Los Angeles and Southern California. Fast mitigation means less downtime and less damage to inventory and equipment.

¿Hablan español?

Yes — our service is fully bilingual. Every visit, every document, every explanation, in the language you're most comfortable with. Just choose Español on the request form.
